Fitness Coach - Lusail, Qatar

We are in need of a motivated and energetic Fitness Coach to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness programs for clients, leading group fitness classes, and providing one-on-one coaching and support to help clients meet their fitness goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of exercise techniques and nutrition. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$, with no requirement for English proficiency or previous experience. Accommodation is not provided, but we welcome candidates of Indian or Pakistani nationality who hold a biometric passport.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness levels, goals, and any health concerns
• Develop customized fitness plans based on clients' needs and goals
• Lead group fitness classes such as HIIT, strength training, yoga, etc.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support during training sessions
• Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
• Educate clients on proper form, technique, and nutrition to maximize results
• Maintain a clean and organized gym environment at all times

Requirements

• Passion for health and fitness
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of exercise techniques and nutrition principles
• Ability to motivate and inspire others
• Certification in personal training or related field is preferred but not required
• Fluency in English is not required but is considered an asset
