Strong technical background in interior fitout, joinery, and construction methods, with the ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings. Experience in project coordination, including scheduling, resource planning, cost estimation, and vendor or contractor management. Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards applicable to interior projects in Qatar or the GCC region. Proficiency with engineering and design tools (e.g., Auto CAD or similar), and basic project management software. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site with multidisciplinary teams and clients. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and solve problems in a fast-paced, creative environment. Previous experience in fitout projects for branding, retail, or commercial spaces is highly desirable; experience in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage.
