We are seeking a skilled and creative Floral Assistant/Technician to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Florist, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and arrangement of flowers for various events and occasions. This is a part‑time position suitable for English speaking individuals, especially Egyptian nationals, who are looking to gain experience in the floral industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and arranging flower bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral decorations.
• Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies.
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Provide recommendations on flower selection and arrangement styles.
• Ensure all arrangements are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
• Prior experience working as a florist or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
