Florist Assistant We are seeking a passionate and creative Florist Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Florist Assistant, you will work closely with our head florist to assist in all aspects of floral design and shop management.
Responsibilities
Assist with the daily operations of the flower shop including arranging flowers, creating bouquets, and maintaining inventory
Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering suggestions
Ensure the shop is clean and presentable at all times
Assist with purchasing flowers and supplies from vendors Help with marketing efforts such as creating social media posts and designing promotional materials
Participate in floral design workshops and training sessions to improve skills
Requirements
Passion for flowers and floral design
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care instructions
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required
Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within our company.
