The Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic & passionate Food & Beverage Service Interns to join our team at Banyan Tree Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality students looking to gain hands-on experience in a luxury hotel environment develop their service skills & discover what it takes to create exceptional guest experiences.

Working alongside our experienced Food & Beverage team you will gain valuable exposure to daily restaurant operations while learning the art of personalised luxury service.

What Youll Be Doing

• Welcome guests warmly & assist in delivering memorable dining experiences.

• Support the team with daily restaurant operations including preparation setup & service.

• Learn & apply luxury hospitality service standards.

• Develop your knowledge of food beverages menus & service techniques.

• Assist with guest requests while maintaining a professional & attentive approach.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Food & Beverage department.

• Follow hygiene food safety & operational standards.

• Participate in training & development opportunities throughout your internship.

Qualifications :

Who Were Looking For

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management Hotel Management or a related field.

• A genuine passion for hospitality food & beverage service.

• A positive attitude willingness to learn & enthusiasm for working with people.

• Good communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in Russian French or German would be an asset.

• A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic multicultural environment.

• An eye for detail & a natural desire to make guests feel welcome.

• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
