Food & Beverage Service - Rove Hotels, Dubai

From taking orders and recommending dishes to setting up dining areas and coordinating with the kitchen, you’ll help create memorable moments for guests from across the globe. Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient service across restaurants, bars, and event spaces


• Take orders accurately and guide guests through menus, specials, and recommendations


• Set up, maintain, and break down dining areas in line with hygiene and presentation standards


• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery


• Handle guest feedback professionally and support colleagues during peak service periods

Requirements

• Prior experience as a waiter, waitress, or F&B service team member


• Good command of English and strong interpersonal skills


• Basic food and beverage knowledge, including allergens and menu items


• A positive, energetic attitude and ability to work well under pressure


• Flexibility to work rotational shifts across restaurants, bars, and events
