Quickly and accurately deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the designated tables while ensuring the correct order and presentation
Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate food orders and communicate any special requests or allergies
Assist in clearing and resetting tables as needed ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment
Provide excellent customer service by checking on guests and ensuring their satisfaction with their meals
Keep the food pickup area organized and clean and ensure that all necessary supplies are readily available
Adhere to all health and safety regulations concerning food handling and cleanliness
Previous experience in a food service role, either as a food runner, server, or similar position. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
