Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Role

We re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to design build and deploy production-ready AI agents across voice chat and email. You ll work with Python LLMs LangChain LangGraph and Voice AI technologies developing intelligent systems that automate real business workflows. This is a highly hands-on role where you ll work closely with product teams and enterprise clients taking AI solutions from initial prototypes through to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents for voice chat and workflow automation
• Build RAG pipelines and agentic workflows connecting LLMs with enterprise data
• Integrate Voice AI speech-to-text STT text-to-speech TTS and telephony APIs
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms and external systems
• Deploy and optimise AI applications for real-time performance scalability and reliability
• Collaborate with clients and product teams to deliver AI solutions

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Software Engineering AI Engineering or Machine Learning Engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python or another backend language
• Hands-on experience building LLM applications AI agents or RAG systems
• Experience integrating external APIs and backend services
• Exposure to Voice AI conversational AI or real-time communication technologies
• Familiarity with LangChain LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
