ember is looking for an experienced freelance concierge with extensive knowledge of Qatar, a strong black book of local contacts and proven experience managing events and looking after VVIP guests.
You will take ownership of concierge requests and guest arrangements, from the initial brief through to delivery. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent judgement, discretion and the ability to deliver under pressure.
Guest Experience & Concierge Delivery
Plan and coordinate tailored itineraries, experiences and concierge services for VVIP guests. Arrange hotels, dining, transport, airport assistance, private visits, shopping and gifting.
Event & On-Site Operations
Manage guest logistics and on-site delivery for events, including arrivals, departures and last-minute changes. Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues quickly and upscale matters where required.
Source and secure reliable suppliers through your established Qatar network. Obtain quotations, negotiate rates and confirm availability, bookings and service requirements.
Planning, Documentation & Communication
Prepare clear itineraries, schedules and supplier briefs, ensuring every detail is checked. Liaise professionally with guests, assistants, client teams and suppliers, and maintain accurate booking records, costs and operational updates.
Discretion & Confidentiality
Handle personal information and sensitive requests with complete confidentiality, applying sound judgement throughout every stage of delivery.
You are an experienced concierge who knows Qatar's luxury hospitality, concierge and events landscape in depth. You bring an established network of trusted local contacts and have personally managed VVIP guests and delivered events in Qatar.
You are highly organised, calm under pressure and meticulous about follow-through. You are confident in managing multiple requests and shifting priorities, and you understand the importance of local etiquette, cultural sensitivity, discretion and VVIP protocol.
You communicate professionally with guests, assistants, client teams and suppliers, and you take pride in delivering every detail accurately and discreetly.
