We are looking for a results-driven freelance recruiter to support fast-paced hiring across UAE and GCC This is a delivery-focused agency-style role You will be expected to source shortlist and close mid to senior-level candidates quickly Speed execution and quality are critical This role is best suited for recruiters who are used to high-pressure environments and tight hiring timelines
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously mid senior level
- Source candidates through headhunting databases and networks
- Deliver qualified shortlists within 2 5 days
- Conduct initial screening and ensure candidate-job alignment
- Coordinate interviews and support closing process
- Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 + years recruitment experience (agency preferred)
- Proven experience in filling mid senior level roles
- Strong headhunting capability (not reliant on job postings only)
- Existing UAE/GCC candidate network
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and performance pressure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
