Liftwork Collective is a freelance sales partner network that helps service businesses grow. We connect independent sales partners with IT, Hotel, salons and beauty businesses, and pay commission for every business they bring on board.
Our current partner programme is with Reserova , a salon booking app now launching in Qatar. Reserova is available on the App Store and Google Play, and customers in Qatar are welcome to download it and start booking their favourite salons.
About the role
We’re launching in Qatar and building our first network of partner salons in Doha. As a freelance sales partner, you’ll be part of this launch from day one.
This is a freelance, commission-only partnership, not a salaried position. You work independently, on your own schedule, across Doha.
You’ll visit salons, barbershops, spas and beauty studios in person and introduce them to Reserova . Customers use Reserova to find salons and book appointments online, and salons manage their bookings, services and staff from the Reserova partner app.
What you’ll do
- Visit salons in person and meet owners or managers
- Introduce Reserova and give a short demo of the app
- Help them sign up on the spot with your personal partner code
- Follow up with visits or calls during their first month to help them get started
- Build relationships with salons in your area
What you earn
- An initial payment for every salon you bring on board
- The initial payment increases as you sign more salons
- Plus a monthly commission on every salon you sign, for its first 12 months
- Earnings are paid monthly (Get both onetime payment and the commision)
- You will get both onetime payment and the commision
- Full details are shared during the interview

Requirements
- Based in Doha, Qatar, and able to travel to salons across the city
- Confident meeting salon owners face to face
- Existing contacts among salon owners or managers is a strong advantage
- Good English. Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog or Malayalam is a plus.
- Comfortable using smartphone apps and Whats App
- Legally allowed to earn freelance income in Qatar
- No fixed hours and no targets: plan your visits around your current job
