Fresh-Start Cashier in Retail (Visa Sponsorship)

Entry Level Cashier - Abu Dhabi
We are hiring a Cashier to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be a fresh graduate who is eager to learn and grow in the retail industry. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for non-UAE nationals. No previous experience or English language skills are required, making this an ideal opportunity for freshers looking to gain entry-level experience in the workforce. The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Greet customers and provide friendly and helpful service
- Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Keep accurate records of sales and inventory
- Ensure all prices are accurate and products are labeled correctly
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Follow all safety and security procedures to prevent theft or loss of cash or merchandise
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
