Key responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
• Verify patient insurance and handle billing inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic office tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Previous experience in a dental or medical office is a plus but not required.
