CASTAMO is looking for an experienced furniture salesperson to handle showroom sales, customer calls, lead follow-up, and appointment booking.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sell furniture directly to showroom customers
- Call and follow up with new leads
- Convert enquiries into showroom visits and sales
- Follow up quotations and customer requests
- Respond quickly to WhatsApp and social media enquiries
- Update CRM and customer records
- Assist with simple graphic design, moodboards, presentations, or social media posts when needed
Requirements:
- Previous furniture sales experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of sofas, dining, bedrooms, materials, fabrics, and furniture sizes
- Strong closing and customer communication skills
- Fluent Arabic and good English
- Comfortable with daily calls and lead follow-up
- Basic Canva / Photoshop / graphic design knowledge is an advantage
