An international FX/CFD brokerage in Dubai is hiring Mandarin-speaking retention specialists to grow relationships with existing clients, increase their trading activity and drive account growth. Flights, a work visa and initial accommodation are included.
What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of existing Mandarin-speaking clients and deepen the relationship
- Encourage trading engagement, upsell and increase account value
- Identify client needs and present relevant products and promotions
- Reach retention, deposit and revenue targets
- Collaborate with the sales, support and compliance teams
What we are looking for
- Native or fluent Mandarin and good working English
- FX and CFD industry experience
- Retention experience in a brokerage environment
- Strong sales and objection-handling skills
- A target-driven mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai
What we offer
- Base salary: USD 3,000-4,000 net per month, plus generous commission
