An international FX/CFD broker in Dubai is looking for German-speaking sales talent to convert leads into trading clients. You will join a structured sales training and onboarding programme, work with a high-commission structure and relocate to Dubai with the company's support. What you will do
- Convert German-speaking leads into new trading clients
- Guide prospects through account opening and their first steps in trading
- Educate clients on how the trading platform and products work
- Meet daily and monthly conversion targets
- Take part in the company's sales training and onboarding programme
What we are looking for
- Native German (C2) and good working English
- Sales experience — FX or financial-services sales is a must
- Experience in an FX/CFD environment
- Strong communication and closing skills
- A target-driven, ambitious mindset and comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai

- Base salary: USD 5,500 net per month, plus generous, uncapped monthly commission
