Gardener Supervisor We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gardener Supervisor to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and care of gardens and landscapes in various locations. Responsibilities Supervise a team of gardeners and ensure that they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively Plan and schedule daily tasks for the gardening team Monitor the health of plants and make recommendations for their care Maintain inventory of gardening tools, equipment, and supplies Train new employees on proper gardening techniques Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the gardening team Communicate with clients to understand their specific gardening needs and preferences Create work schedules for the team based on client requirements and seasonal changes Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all gardens are well-maintained and meet client expectations Provide guidance on landscape design and make improvements as needed Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Gardener or Gardening Supervisor In-depth knowledge of plant care, soil management, irrigation systems, pest control, and fertilization methods Experience with landscaping design and maintenance is preferred Ability to lead a team effectively and provide clear instructions for tasks at hand Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Attention to detail with a passion for creating beautiful gardens Salary The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
