Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with:
- More than15 years of relevant experience in Specialty Coffee, F&B, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of thespecialty coffee and F&B industry .
- Proven experience managingmultiple branches and overall company operations .
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality standards.
- Ability to manage daily operations and ensure all branches runsmoothly and efficiently .
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Proven ability toincrease sales, improve profitability, and achieve business targets .
- Ability to identify and developnew business opportunities .
- Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A hands-on, professional, and results-oriented approach.
