Medcare Group is seeking a qualified and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) to join our Home Care team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients. ensuring high-quality and patient-centered healthcare delivery in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits to assess, diagnose, and manage patients’ medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with DHA/DOH/MOH regulations.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.
- Respond promptly to urgent medical needs and emergencies during visits.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid UAE MOH / DHA / DOH License or Eligibility Letter as a General Practitioner.
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a home care or family medicine setting.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English ; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
