Recruiter – Dubai HQ Two years ago, Hoxton Wealth had around 200 people and $2bn in client assets. Today we have 450+ people, $4.5bn under management, new offices and licences across the UK, Asia and Dubai, and a target of $20bn by 2030.
That growth runs through our recruitment team. This year alone the team has made well over 100 hires, from junior support roles to the C-suite, across every function and multiple countries. We're now adding one more recruiter to the team in Dubai.
This isn't a role where you'll process CVs for someone else. You'll own your hires end to end, build your own name in the market, and grow into recruiting the financial advisers who drive the business.
What you'll be doing - Running the full recruitment cycle for our support functions: Paraplanners, Compliance, Tech Support, Administration and Marketing. From the job advert to the candidate's first day, it's yours.
- Sourcing directly. Headhunting on LinkedIn, building talent pools and getting in front of the people who aren't applying anywhere.
- Building your personal brand on LinkedIn, so the right peoplecome to you.
- Working directly with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand what they need and delivering it fast.
- Tracking your pipeline and metrics in the CRM, and turning the data into decisions.
- Improving how we hire. If something's slow or broken, you'll have responsibilityto fix it.
Where it leads You’ll start on support hiring. As you progress, you’ll move into building a global network of financial advisers, one ofthe highest-impact recruitment in the business, supporting our expansion into new markets. How quickly you get there is up to you.
What you need - Serious work ethic. This is a fast-paced, results-driven team and we measure output.
- Strong data hygiene and organisationskills. You're comfortable building trackers, analysing data and reporting on it.
- A LinkedIn presence you've built yourself, or the drive to build one quickly. Send us your profile; we'll look at it.
- Recruitment or client facingexperience, in-house or agency. Financial services experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
- The ability to juggle multiple live roles without dropping the ball.
You’ll thrive here if - You enjoy variety and pace, with no two weeks looking the same
- You are a results driven individual who is hungry to progress.
- You’d rather go out and find great people than wait for them to apply
- You want your results to be visible and your progression to reflect them
What you get - A tax-free salary in Dubai, working from our HQ in The One Tower, Barsha Heights
- Exposure to hiring at every level, across multiple countries, from day one
- Direct access to senior leadership in one of the fastest-growing firms in international wealth management
- A clear route from support recruitment into global adviser recruitment
- A small, high-output team where your results get noticed
If you're early in your career, ambitious and want to look back in two years and see how far you've come, we'd like to hear from you.
