Proven track record of hiring for technical, business, leadership, or specialist roles in fast‑paced environments.
Experience in technology, fintech, digital platforms, financial services, or cryptocurrency industries is highly preferred.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders.
Skilled in sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive hiring.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and provide actionable talent insights.
Able to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high candidate quality and hiring standards.

Build credibility and trust with business leaders as a strategic talent advisor.
Provide actionable talent market intelligence that influences business decisions.
Drive hiring outcomes while maintaining strong candidate and stakeholder experience.
Contribute to building a world‑class Talent Acquisition function that operates as a true business partner rather than a transactional recruitment team.
