E2E Delivery & Governance Lead | Dubai | Contract
Contract: 6 Months+
Start: End of November – Candidates with notice periods are welcome
Location: Dubai
Travel: Candidates must be able to work onsite in Dubai 5 days a week
We’re looking for an experienced Delivery & Governance Lead to take ownership of a complex programme spanning multiple vendors, workstreams, and business and technology teams.
You’ll be accountable for integrated planning, delivery governance and execution oversight, keeping senior stakeholders informed and ensuring decisions translate into progress.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the master integrated programme plan across all vendors and workstreams, including providers such as Intellect, China Systems and Veefin.
- Lead programme governance, including SteerCos, PMO reviews, executive reporting, RAIDD management and decision forums.
- Manage cross-vendor dependencies, resolve delivery roadblocks and drive timely escalations.
- Coordinate delivery across business, technology, operations and vendor teams.
- Align release plans, milestones, testing, operational readiness and production deployments.
What we’re looking for:
- A strong track record of leading complex, end-to-end programmes involving multiple vendors and workstreams.
- Experience establishing and running effective programme governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Confidence challenging delivery teams, managing competing priorities and driving accountability.
- Experience coordinating testing, release readiness and production deployment activities.
