Governess

Tasks

This is a full-time
on-site Governess role based in Dubai. The Governess will support
childrens academic progress personal development and daily routines
in a structured and nurturing environment. Day-to-day responsibilities
include planning and supervising educational activities assisting with
homework coordinating learning schedules and promoting good study
habits. Th role also involves teaching manners and social skills
organizing age-appropriate recreational activities and ensuring a safe
respectful and engaging environment aligned with the familys values.
The Governess will communicate regularly with parents or guardians about
the childrens progress and collaborate with schools or tutors when
needed.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Education Child Development or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Governess or in a similar educational role.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and collaborate with parents.
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering a supportive and challenging learning environment.
