What You ll Experience

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline including Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Marketing, or related fields Graduation from a recognized university with strong academic standing Minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work with data, conduct research, and synthesize information Professional attitude with strong work ethic and attention to detail Personal Attributes: UAE National with valid Family Book Curiosity and eagerness to learn across multiple disciplines Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills Adaptability and openness to feedback in a dynamic environment Proactive self‑starter who takes initiative Interest in commercial real estate, property markets, business, or related sectors Commitment to building a long‑term career in the industry Preferred (Not Required) Internship or work experience in real estate, consulting, finance, engineering, project management, or related industries Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, student organizations, or community involvement Familiarity with UAE real estate market dynamics or business environment Additional language skills
