Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating premium visual communication across digital and offline platforms, while bringing strong design thinking, storytelling and contemporary visual trends to the brand of ITC Hotels Limited.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, be hands-on with graphic design and video editing, and be able to independently translate a brief or business objective into compelling creative concepts.

Key responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Visual Communication

• Develop high-quality creative assets for ITC Hotels' F&B brands, restaurants, bars, experiences and campaigns.
• Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, emailers, presentations, print collateral and in-hotel communication.
• Maintain consistency with ITC Hotels' premium brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Create innovative layouts, typography, compositions and visual treatments appropriate for luxury hospitality.

Video & Motion Content

• Edit short-form videos/reels for Instagram and other digital platforms.
• Develop engaging visual storytelling through video editing, transitions, typography, music and motion graphics.
• Adapt static creative concepts into dynamic video formats.
• Understand current social-media content trends and identify opportunities to make content more engaging.

Catalogue & Collateral Development

• Design F&B catalogues, menus, brochures, festive collateral, promotional leaflets, event collateral and presentations.
• Manage the complete design process from concept to final artwork/production-ready files.
• Ensure high attention to detail across multiple formats and touchpoints.

Creative Ideation & Concept Development

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original creative ideas.
• Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into strong visual concepts.
• Develop campaign concepts, moodboards, visual directions and creative routes.
• Think beyond execution and contribute to the overall storytelling of campaigns.

AI & Emerging Creative Tools

• Leverage AI tools for ideation, image generation, visual exploration, content creation and creative enhancement.
• Stay updated with emerging AI-powered design and video tools.
• Explore new ways of improving the speed, quality and effectiveness of creative production using technology.

Stakeholder Communication

• Work closely with the Marketing, F&B, Brand, Digital, CRM, PR and hotel teams to understand requirements and deliverables.
• Clearly communicate creative rationale and concepts to internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Be receptive to feedback and proactively improve creative output.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor or Masters of Design or Commercial Arts or similar feild is preferred.
• 3-6 years work experience in Hospitality, Luxury, Lifestyle or F&B industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, colour, layout and visual storytelling.
• Ability to conceptualise and develop creative ideas, not just execute briefs.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of social media formats and digital content trends.
• Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools.
