Role Overview

micro1 is engaging Creative & Design Specialists to support a customer project focused on graphic design multimedia production UI/UX motion graphics and creative workflows.

Youll use your professional design expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated creative outputs and contribute high-quality human feedback for AI training. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required. Experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.

Scope of Work

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma Canva Adobe After Effects DaVinci Resolve CorelDRAW CLO3D Camtasia Adobe Lightroom Mural Milanote and Behance .
• Evaluate AI-generated designs images videos and multimedia outputs for quality usability accuracy and realism .
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations ratings and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition typography layout visual hierarchy motion editing and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience in graphic design video editing motion graphics UI/UX fashion design presentation design or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified paid experience in AI human-data work including data labeling annotation RLHF AI output evaluation model evaluation or rubric-based grading.
• Strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above ).
• No formal degree required; practical creative experience is valued.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and readiness to begin promptly.
