Who are you?

You are a creative thinker who understands how ideas should come to life visually. At So Cheers, a Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping the visual direction of campaigns and ensuring that creative ideas are expressed with clarity, consistency, and craft. You think beyond individual creatives and begin focusing on the larger visual system of a campaign — how different pieces connect, how visuals strengthen the core idea, and how design helps brands stand out. You collaborate closely with writers, strategists, video teams, and brand experience teams to ensure that campaigns are not only executed well, but also creatively strong and visually distinctive. You also play an important role in guiding designers and maintaining the overall creative standards of the team.
