Roles & Responsibilities:
Create visual assets like banners, product images, gifs, emailers, and creatives for multiple retention campaigns that should be consistent with the brand language. Drive collaboration with the growth and editorial teams to design creatives for retention and acquisition platforms such as Whats App, Google Ads, BMS, etc. Conceptualize new ideas for such online campaigns and promotions. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet their respective deadlines. Work closely with internal teams to help deliver respective creatives at pace and optimum quality.Requirements:
1+ years of professional working experience, preferably in a D2 C brand. Hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills and familiarity with tools like After Effects andPremiere Pro.
Have a portfolio showcasing these design skills with recent work in it. Proficiency with a variety of formats, including 2 D statics, GIFs, videos etc. Sensibility for beautiful typography, design systems, and minimalism with attention to details at the forefront. Knowledge of current design trends in D2 C brand and marketing. Good time management and ability to multitask and collaborate across teams.Why Join Us?
