Graphic Designer/ Brand Manager (arabic speaker)

Role Description

The Graphic Designer/Brand Manager (Arabic Speaker) is a full-time hybrid role based in Doha, Qatar, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for developing and executing visual brand identities for Trifid Media and its clients, including digital assets for social media, campaigns, and marketing materials. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics and logos, designing layouts, defining and maintaining brand guidelines, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The role also involves collaborating with content and influencer management teams, preparing design concepts and presentations, and adapting visuals for Arabic and English audiences. The Graphic Designer/Brand Manager will support creative strategy, contribute ideas for brand growth, and manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and social media work.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing visual identities and brand guidelines.
• Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for both Arabic and English design.
• Professional-level experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and basic motion/animation skills are an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, with the ability to localize visual content for regional audiences.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Doha, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital agencies is beneficial.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
