Profile Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Figma Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills and hands-on experience with Figma and graphic design tools. You will be responsible for creating engaging designs for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and other brand communication materials.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and branding, along with the ability to translate ideas and requirements into visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics for websites, social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Design website and app interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and UI screens using Figma.
• Develop visually appealing layouts while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create social media posts, banners, brochures, email creatives, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with content writers, marketers, developers, and other team members to understand design requirements.
• Convert concepts and ideas into creative and user-friendly visual designs.
• Create and maintain reusable components, design systems, and UI assets in Figma.
• Prepare designs for web and mobile platforms while ensuring responsive layouts.
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final designs within deadlines.
• Maintain organized design files, assets, and source files.
• Stay updated with current graphic design, UI/UX, and digital design trends.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, UI design, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.
• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating designs for social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, or a related field is preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and Figma/UI design projects is required.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation is a plus.
• Experience working with developers and handing off designs using Figma.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and creative tools is an advantage.
