Group Finance Manager (Urgent joining)

Black Pearl is currently recruiting for a Group Finance Manager for a well-established international organization based in Abu Dhabi UAE.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior finance professional to lead group-level finance operations reporting controls and strategic planning across multiple entities and countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group financial reporting and consolidation across multiple business units
  
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
  
• Drive budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning
  
• Monitor profitability costs and operational performance
  
• Manage treasury cash flow and working capital
  
• Ensure VAT tax and statutory compliance across jurisdictions
  
• Strengthen internal controls governance and risk management
  
• Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting
  
• Support expansion plans business growth and financial due diligence
  

Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Commerce or related field
  
• CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA preferred
  
• Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience
  
• Strong background in multi-country finance operations and consolidation
  
• Strong experience in budgeting planning and analysis
  
• Knowledge of tax VAT and regulatory frameworks
  
• Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge
  
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
