We invite an ambitious Group Sales Manager to join our growing team in the GCC region and help expand our global presence in the Telematics sector.

Teltonika is a rapidly growing company group with considerable experience in the design and production of high-quality Internet of Things devices. We are proud of working on unique made-in-Lithuania products that help people worldwide.
Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales representative to improve their sales skills, develop a comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach, and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Telematics
• Create and implement a sales strategy for the dedicated region
• Analyze all sales activities, provide support, and develop the team to ensure 100% sales plan realization
• Recruit the sales team and participate in the selection process
• Organize and conduct training for local sales teams
• Prospect and engage prospective buyers through cold-calling, email, and social media
• Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
• Coordinate technical inquiries

What we expect of you:

• Are fluent in English (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language
• Have 3+ Years’ experience inB2B sales , with a proven track record of sales success
• Have at least 1 year ofexperience selling telematics products
• Willing to move throughout GCC when the opportunity arises
• Have an organized and results-oriented approach and a challenge-driven personality
• Have the ambition togenerate strong earnings by expanding local B2B opportunities in the market with our innovative product
• Havecritical thinking and a strong desire for personal and professional growth
• Have the ability to tackle challenges and an orientation toward results
• Have worked on aCRM system
• Have experience or exposure inlaunching a new product to the market
• Interested in or have some knowledge of theIoT Industry
