Selection process

Shortlisted candidates will:

Participate in an initial experience and strategy interview. Complete a paid practical assessment using anonymized campaign information. Present their analysis, recommendations, and execution plan. Begin with a 30-day hourly contract if selected.

The paid assessment is intended to evaluate how you analyze real performance data, identify problems, prioritize opportunities, and translate strategy into execution.

Please include:

A short summary of your relevant experience The advertising platforms you have personally managed Examples of campaign budgets and account types you have handled Two examples of measurable results you directly contributed to Your hourly rate and weekly availability Your location and availability for US-hours overlap
