Guest Communications Operator - Luxury Hotel

The Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Services Associate to manage guest calls, wake-up requests, messages, and special requests with gracious hospitality. You will operate the front desk switchboard, assist with internet access guidance, and coordinate with bell staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
