Millennium Downtown Abu Dhabi is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver a warm, welcoming experience during guests’ stay. You will manage check-in and check-out efficiently, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
You will greet guests by name when possible, provide hotel information, monitor occupancy and rates, handle incidental charges on the Front Office system, and protect guest privacy.
