Guest Services Coordinator
The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality or customer service, but this is not required. This role offers a salary of 1000$ per month and includes accommodation. Candidates from Africa or Egypt with proficiency in English are encouraged to apply, as well as students looking for part-time work. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival Assist guests with check-in and check-out process Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while interacting with guests Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies Assist with scheduling guest transportation or reservations Keep track of guest feedback and report any recurring issues Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for the role of Guest Services Coordinator.
