Guest Services Officer — Front Desk & Guest Experience

Hyatt is seeking a Guest Services Officer to ensure guests receive an excellent and consistent level of service. You will support the Reception/Front Desk within the Rooms Division and contribute to smooth daily operations.

Ideally you hold a hospitality or tourism management degree, with at least 2 years of hotel operations experience and strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
