Handyman

Experienced Handyman for Property Maintenance We are a property management company based in Al-Khor seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
Respond promptly to repair requests from tenants and address any issues in a timely manner
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on properties
Ensure all safety standards are followed while completing tasks
Coordinate with contractors when necessary for larger repairs or projects
Requirements
Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and ability to interact with tenants and contractors professionally
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if needed
Valid driver's license preferred but not required
Salary Starting salary of $1200/month with potential for growth based on performance.
