Handyman - Maintenance Assistant (Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan) We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team as a Maintenance Assistant in Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, and repairing appliances
Troubleshoot and fix electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
Perform basic carpentry work such as building shelves and repairing furniture
Inspect facilities for safety and maintenance concerns and report any issues to the supervisor
Assist in maintaining inventory of tools and supplies needed for maintenance work
Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or tasks that require multiple skill sets
Requirements
Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and carpentry
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
Good communication skills in English
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Experience working in a maintenance or construction environment
Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
Proficiency in Urdu
