Head baker

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Al-Khor Qatar. As a Head Baker you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bakery and ensuring that all baked goods are of the highest quality. This is a full-time position suitable for men with experience in baking and managing a team. Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the bakery from production to inventory management Create and maintain baking schedules to meet customer demands Train and supervise bakery staff to ensure proper techniques and procedures are followed Develop new recipes and products to keep up with market trends Ensure all baked goods are made with high-quality ingredients and meet food safety standards Maintain equipment order supplies and manage inventory levels Monitor sales and adjust production accordingly Collaborate with other departments to create special orders or products for events or holidays Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Baker preferably in a leadership role Proficient in English Arabic is an asset Must have a biometric passport or be eligible for one Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills Excellent leadership skills Knowledge of food safety regulations Flexibility to work early mornings evenings weekends and holidays Salary 1500$ per month We welcome applications from Indian nationals who are fluent in English
