Head Baker - Al-Rayyan, Qatar We are hiring a skilled Head Baker to join our bakery team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery and ensuring the delivery of high-quality baked goods. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month and includes accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the baking process, from ingredient preparation to final product presentation
Create and develop new recipes for breads, pastries, and other baked goods
Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods
Order supplies and maintain inventory levels to meet production demands
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with health and safety standards
Monitor baking equipment for proper functioning and coordinate repairs when necessary
Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience as a baker in a professional setting
Knowledge of traditional Egyptian baked goods is preferred
Fluent in English (Arabic is an asset)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise staff effectively
Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
Must have a valid biometric passport for visa purposes
This position is suitable for men who are passionate about baking and have experience working in a high-volume bakery. As this is an English-speaking job, proficiency in the language is required. Foreigners are welcome to apply, however, preference will be given to Egyptian candidates.
