The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and be able to create innovative, high-quality dishes that meet the expectations of our diverse clientele. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, be able to manage and train a team of chefs, and maintain a positive working environment. Responsibilities include developing menus, overseeing food preparation and service, ensuring food safety standards are met, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. The successful candidate must be proficient in English and have a minimum of 5 years experience as a head chef in a reputable establishment. A degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred.
