Head Chef - Indian Cuisine

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Chef to lead our Indian cuisine kitchen in Ar-Ruwais. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a menu that showcases traditional Indian dishes while also incorporating modern techniques and flavors. You will oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, quality control, inventory management, and team leadership.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen.
• Expertise in Indian cuisine with a strong understanding of regional variations and traditional cooking methods.
• Ability to develop new menu items and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.
