About the role

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Head - IT Staffing & Managed Services to lead business growth, strategic client relationships, and operational excellence across IT staffing, manpower outsourcing, and managed services operations.The successful candidate will play a pivotal leadership role in driving revenue growth, expanding the client portfolio, strengthening service delivery capabilities, and ensuring sustainable business profitability through strategic planning, effective stakeholder engagement, and operational performance management.

What we're looking for Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 10 experience in IT Staffing, IT Manpower Outsourcing, Managed Services, or IT Services Business Management.
• Established track record in business development, client acquisition, revenue generation, and strategic account management within the IT services industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing IT staffing operations, outsourced technical resources, and large-scale client engagements.
• Proven capability in leading managed services operations, service delivery frameworks, and SLA/KPI-driven business engagements.
• Strong commercial background in contract negotiations, tender management, pricing strategies, and business profitability.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, revenue forecasting, cost management, and operational performance.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams, client portfolios, and business operations.
• Strong understanding of IT outsourcing business models, workforce deployment, contractual compliance, and service delivery management.
• Established ability to develop strategic client relationships, expand business portfolios, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
