The Head of Enterprise Architecture will act as the custodian of technology architecture for Adani Group, holding end-to-end accountability for defining, governing and evolving the Group's technology blueprint across its diversified portfolio of independently operating businesses.
As custodian of architecture across the Group, the role holds the mandate to ensure that technology investments made independently by each business remain strategically aligned, secure, scalable, interoperable, cost-efficient and designed for reuse. The role chairs the Group Architecture Review Board as the Group's principal governance checkpoint for major technology decisions, and is accountable for the disciplined evaluation of new and emerging technologies before they are adopted at scale.
The role will work closely with Group leadership, Business CDOs/CTOs, the Group CISO and Cyber team, and transformation leaders to evolve the organization from application-centric technology landscapes toward a platform-, data- and API-driven enterprise architecture.
The role partners closely with the Group's AI Labs, Cloud Engineering and Data organization, aligning their platforms and roadmaps to the wider enterprise architecture, while those functions retain ownership of their respective domains.
