Head of Expense/Expense Management

THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

• A growing finance function within an insurance and retirement solutions organization, based in a newly expanded Charlotte office
• A team working across reinsurance, life insurance, and annuities, offering broader exposure than a traditional public accounting seat

• An organization actively building out its Charlotte presence and finance headcount as the office grows

WHAT THEY OFFER YOU

• Visibility with finance leadership in a growing office, not buried in a large, established team
• Room to shape process and structure as the office continues to build out, rather than stepping into something already fully set
• A path to build a differentiated, harder to replicate skill set that carries real long term career value

• Partner with Finance, Procurement, HR, and business leaders to analyze spending trends, establish budgets, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Oversee expense management systems, reporting, audits, and internal controls while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
