Head of Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview

Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis agenda across Automotive operations in the UAE and overseas markets, translating business strategy into integrated financial plans and providing clear insights into performance.

What You Will Do

Lead planning and forecasting, challenge business assumptions, deliver executive reporting, support commercial decisions, strengthen performance management, drive systems and process improvement, and maintain financial integrity.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of relevant finance experience, including leadership of FP&A or commercial finance in a large, complex, multi-business organisation, and will be able to demonstrate experience in budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, scenario modelling, and cross-functional business partnering.

Requirements

• Advanced financial modelling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis
• Strong capability in integrated financial planning, driver-based forecasting, and performance analytics
• Commercial judgement and the ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations
• Clear executive communication, presentation, and financial storytelling skills
• Confidence to constructively challenge assumptions and influence senior stakeholders across multiple businesses and markets
• Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, benchmarking, data governance, and financial controls
• Proficiency in enterprise planning, ERP, and BI platforms, supported by advanced Excel skills
• Ability to lead change, improve processes, and develop a collaborative, accountable team
