NewPath Executives has been exclusively engaged on a confidential senior search for a major FTSE listed global fintech group that is investing significantly in the growth of its institutional Futures & Listed Derivatives business across the Middle East .
This is a senior commercial appointment for someone who already understands the futures ecosystem and, most importantly, has an established network of institutional relationships that can be converted into meaningful trading business.
The group already has an established U.S. Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) with execution and clearing capabilities, advanced trading technology and connectivity to major global futures exchanges including CME, ICE and Eurex .
This is not a start-up or infrastructure build .
The platform, technology, regulatory framework and operational capabilities are already established, together with a presence in DIFC and the financial backing of a substantial global group.
The next stage is commercial growth.
We are therefore looking for a senior Futures / Listed Derivatives sales professional and genuine door-opener who can develop institutional business across the Middle East and internationally.
Who we're looking forYou are likely to have strong existing relationships across one or more of the following:
Your experience may have been gained within an FCM, futures broker, investment bank, clearing firm, institutional brokerage or listed derivatives business .
We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate an existing network and explain realistically how those relationships could translate into client balances, trading volumes and revenue .

The roleYou will report directly to the CEO and have significant autonomy to build the commercial business.
Responsibilities will include originating and converting new institutional relationships, developing a high-quality pipeline, increasing futures trading volumes and client balances, and working with the group's existing execution, clearing, technology and operational teams.
Rather than inheriting a rigid structure, the successful individual will have the opportunity to help shape the commercial strategy for the region.
