Job Summary

The Head of HR is responsible for leading the overall human resources strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives and building a high-performance culture. This role oversees all HR functions including talent acquisition performance management employee relations compensation & benefits compliance with UAE Labour Law and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys vision and growth plans.

• Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding performance management and offboarding.

• Establish and oversee performance management succession planning and talent development frameworks.

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational structure.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law company policies and government regulations.

• Manage compensation benefits payroll coordination and HR budgeting.

• Handle employee relations disciplinary actions and grievance management.

• Drive employee engagement culture-building and retention initiatives.

• Lead HR audits HRMS implementation and process automation.

• Develop HR policies SOPs and governance frameworks.

• Coach and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.

• Masters degree or HR certification preferred (CIPD SHRM HRCI).

• 1015 years of progressive HR experience including leadership roles.

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.

• Proven experience in managing multi-functional HR teams.
