MP & NFPS Projects Lifting Focal Point, ensuring lifting safety, compliance, standards, assurance, and incident management.
Key Responsibilities:
- MP & NFPS Projects Lifting Focal Point and Operations interface for lifting matters.
- Manage lifting assurance, compliance, and standards updates.
- Support lifting resource planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Review lifting risks and support critical operation assessments.
- Share lessons learned, best practices, and safety improvements.
- Maintain lifting performance reporting and drive risk mitigation.
- Resolve technical lifting issues and promote safety leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering.
- 10+ years’ Oil & Gas major project experience, including supervisory roles.
Skills and Competencies
- Extensive lifting equipment inspection, certification, and operations management experience.
- Knowledge of API, ASME, BS, DNV, ISO, and LOLER standards.
- Experience in lifting assurance, compliance, and technical authority roles.
- Client standards knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English and professional office applications.
